Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase date.
- Credits apply to remote support only. On-site work, hardware, software licenses and third-party fees are charged separately.
- Support is scheduled based on Axon availability. Urgent, weekend or public holiday work may include a surcharge.
- Time is billed in 15-minute blocks, with a minimum of 30 minutes per support session.
- Client must provide access, approvals, content, backups and required account details before work can begin.
- Re-work must be reported within 24 hours after task completion. Later requests are treated as new work.
- Credits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another approved account at Axon's discretion.
- Axon is not responsible for data loss, service interruption or third-party platform issues outside Axon's control.
